Unilever has introduced a probiotic spread, Lätta with LGG, which is being introduced first in Germany and Sweden, followed by other countries where the Lätta brand is marketed, with the exception of Finland. LGG is a probiotic strain, with more than 400 published scientific studies. The product is low in fat and sugar, and also contains important vitamins and essential fatty acids.
